Medical assistance / first aid

10MILA provides access to first aid at the arena, and at a medical spot in the forest.

Trained medical personnel (doctors and nurses) attend to runners who are injured or experience unanticipated illness, according to their areas of expertise.

After initial treatment has been given, subsequent treatment must be sought at regular health care centres (primary care or emergency care). The medical personnel on site recommend appropriate follow-up care, primarily in the emergency care system in the Gothenburg area.

Information about rules and rights to medical care in cases of urgent illness can be found on the website below. Visitors from another country who become ill during a brief visit to Sweden always can obtain necessary or emergency care, though fees may be charged.

Exhibition tents

Visit the arena tent to see displays of the activities of several companies.

Sale of sports merchandise

This year, both SM Sport and Salmings Sport sell sports clothing and accessories. They have a broad inventory.

Opening hours:

Friday: 15.00 – 20.00

Saturday 08.00 – Sunday 13.00

During the night, TV screens in the sport shop tent let you follow the competition from there.

Train travel to 10MILA

There is a train stop at Partille station, used by certain trains operated by SJ and by MTR, and by the commuter train between Gothenburg and Alingsås. Partille station is 3 km from the arena. Bus 519 runs along this road. It is a 6 minute busride from the station to the arena, and a bus passes every 30 minutes. See www.vasttrafik.se for more information about public transport.
